Auto Typer Studio Download

Free Windows utility that fires your saved text into any window with a single hotkey press. Types character by character — real keystrokes that work where clipboard paste fails.

Why Download Auto Typer Studio

You found this because you need to type the same text over and over, or because normal paste doesn't work where you need it. Auto Typer Studio solves both. It sends actual keyboard input — the same as if you typed each character yourself — so it lands in game chat windows, remote desktop sessions, virtual machine consoles, and legacy forms that strip clipboard content.

The app is completely free, runs offline, and contains watermarks, or account requirements. Download it, install using the standard Windows installer, and start using it immediately. You can uninstall it anytime to remove it entirely.

Real Use Cases

Game chat: long commands, canned messages, and trade listings that the chat window won't let you paste. Assign F2 to your most-used command and fire it instantly.

Remote sessions: pasting across RDP, VNC, or VMware often fails silently. Typed input gets through reliably. Bind one hotkey per common credential or command string.

Form filling: the same address, phone number, or email repeated across dozens of sites. One hotkey, one click per field.

Support replies: if you send the same five answers twenty times a day, give each one a hotkey. Shift+1, Shift+2, and so on.

Code and config: SQL boilerplate, shell one-liners, HTML scaffolding. Store it once, fire it on demand into any editor or terminal.

How to Get Started

  1. Download and extract Get the installer from autotyperstudio.com, run it to install the app, and launch it.
  2. Add your first snippet Click 'Add Snippet', give it a name (like 'trade offer' or 'email sig'), paste the text you want to reuse, and assign a hotkey — F1, Ctrl+Shift+T, whatever suits you.
  3. Bind the hotkey Press the key combination you want to trigger this text. The app captures it and locks it to this snippet only.
  4. Use it anywhere Click into the window where the text should appear — game chat, a form field, a terminal, Discord DM — then press your hotkey. The text types itself in.
  5. Fine-tune if needed If the typing feels too fast or too slow, adjust the speed slider (30 to 3000 characters per minute). If the window needs a moment to focus before typing starts, set a startup delay.

What to Know Before Download

Each snippet has its own hotkey. You can create as many snippets as you want, and each one waits for its assigned key. There's no limit on the count.

Multi-line text works. If your snippet contains line breaks, they'll be typed correctly, even in chat clients where pressing Enter normally sends the message.

The app types in real time at your chosen speed. If you set it to 3000 characters per minute, a long block will still take a few seconds. Use the speed slider to match your target app's pace.

This is an offline tool. It never connects to the internet, never checks for updates, never sends telemetry. Download it once and it works forever, even without an internet connection.

For games: the app sends ordinary keyboard input that behaves exactly like manual typing. Respect each game's rules on automation. Some titles allow it, others don't — check the game's policy before using.

Common Questions

Is it actually free?

Yes. No trial period, no locked features, no account sign-up. MIT licensed, source code included.

Do I need administrator rights?

No. The app runs as a standard user process. Windows won't ask for elevation.

Will it work on Windows 11?

Yes. Runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11, both 64-bit.

Can I run multiple snippets at once?

Each snippet has its own hotkey. You can trigger them one at a time, or different hotkeys in quick succession. No limit except what your keyboard can physically produce.

What if the typing is too slow or too fast?

Open the app and drag the speed slider left to slow down or right to speed up (30 to 3000 CPM). You can also add a startup delay to give the window time to focus before typing begins.

Does it work in remote desktop?

Yes. Typed keystrokes pass through RDP, VNC, VirtualBox, and VMware sessions where paste often fails.
